Our mission is simple: We help kids, adults, parents and teachers how to develop the skills and strategies needed to thrive with ADHD.
A Note from Our Founder – Gail Flanigan, Ph.D.
I know from both personal and professional experience just how difficult the challenges presented by ADHD can be. They can affect you personally and very easily extend into your family life, friendships, school and even your business.
Twenty years ago, I started my career in the field of education. I watched children daily as they struggled with ADHD in the classroom. Six years later, I had my own unique child with ADHD.
ADHD coaching is NOT about reliving the past and analyzing deficits. It’s rather a way to explore and strategize the future. It is about understanding and training, and it all begins with a conversation.
